* Payment Gateways supported within Australia include: eWay, Stripe, Westpac, Authorize.net, ANZ, SecurePay, NAB Transact, DIBS and Pin Payments.

Do you charge transaction fees?
No. Not at all. Your payment gateway will – that depends on who you transact with.
Can I use a subdomain for my store?
You certainly can. Just let us know what you plan on using (ie. store.yourdomain.com.au) and we’ll get it setup for you.
Can I upgrade or downgrade plans?
Yes you can. No dramas whatsoever.
Do you offer SSL certificates?
Yes we do, the cost is $20 per domain per year.
Do I need an SSL certificate?
We highly recommend that you do. If you plan on using PayPal standard only – which works by sending the customer to PayPal to enter their payment information (and back when finished) then you won’t. If you plan on using another Payment Gateway – basically accepting credit cards on your website – then yes. Very much yes.
Can I use an SSL certificate from a third party?
Yep! We’ll just need the details – we’ll go through this with you.
